Due to growing demand for our services, we are seeking an experienced full-time Occupational Health Doctor to play a key role in our mission to help Australians stay healthy, safe, and productive at work.

This exciting opportunity can be flexibly based at our Perth clinics in Belmont, Joondalup or Rockingham. You’ll deliver pre-employment medicals, health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments for clients across WA’s mining, resources, transport and construction sectors.

About You

We're looking for a registered medical practitioner who is passionate about occupational health and thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Key attributes, experience, and capabilities include:

  • Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner and Australian work rights
  • Experience in Occupational Medicine (ideally 2+ years) or a commitment to move into this field
  • Rail AHP, RSHQ EMO/AMA, MRO accreditation or willingness to obtain – support provided if not already qualified
  • Strong Clinical Judgment – crucial for effective decision-making and client interactions
  • Strong digital literacy and technical competence – KINNECT is a leader in technology-enabled occupational health; high comfort with digital systems is a must
  • Customer-Centric Mindset – a clear focus on delivering high-quality, client-oriented healthcare services
  • Team Player with Independence – confident working autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Exceptional Communication Skills – capable of fostering clear, efficient, and constructive exchanges that keep teams and clients aligned
