What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and execute acquisition campaigns across email and SMS, including promos, reactivation and seasonal sends.
- Own the campaign calendar and coordinate copy, creative, segmentation and send‑times for smooth, high‑quality launches.
- Run rapid A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing and segments to lift opens, clicks and conversions.
- Monitor deliverability, maintain list health and manage sender reputation, including authentication and IP/domain practices.
- Perform rigorous QA on renders, links, tracking and segmentation before every send.
- Build targeted segments using behavioural, funnel and lifecycle insights.
- Analyse performance and translate data into actionable campaign improvements.
- Drive innovation through new CRM features, AI personalisation, advanced segmentation and template/channel improvements.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Design, Content, Product and Data to deliver cohesive, high‑impact campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with financial product regulations, disclaimers and approval processes across all communications.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years in CRM, lifecycle or email marketing (ideally B2C).
- Hands‑on experience with Braze, Klaviyo, SFMC or similar.
- Strong A/B testing and analytics mindset — you know how to read the numbers and act on them.
- Solid grasp of deliverability basics (list hygiene, SPF/DKIM, sender reputation).
- Comfortable tweaking HTML/CSS/Liquid when needed.
- Highly organised, detail‑driven and great at managing multiple deadlines.
- Clear communicator who can turn metrics into insights.
