About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

ISAM Developer to join a high-performing Identity & Access Management (IAM) team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Federation, and authentication technologies to support enterprise identity and access management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and support IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) solutions.
  • Administer and support ISAM Base, Advanced Access Control (AAC), and Federation modules.
  • Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using ISAM Access Manager.
  • Implement and support federated authentication using SAML 2.0, OAuth, OIDC, and ADFS.
  • Integrate enterprise applications with ISAM to enable secure authentication and authorization.
  • Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and modern authentication mechanisms.
  • Perform ISAM server administration, including policies, user registries, clustering, and External Authentication Interface (EAI) configurations.
  • Support deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of ISAM environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure IAM solutions.
  • Participate in application migration to the ISAM Federation model where required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM).
  • Expertise in ISAM Base, AAC, and Federation modules.
  • Experience with LDAP, IAM operations, and access management.
  • Strong knowledge of SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and ADFS.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications with ISAM.
  • Knowledge of MFA implementation and authentication protocols.
  • Experience with ISAM server configuration, policies, clustering, user registries, and EAI.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience migrating applications to the ISAM Federation model.
  • Exposure to enterprise security architecture and authentication frameworks.
  • Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
