You’ll manage workflow, scheduling, resourcing and studio operations across our creative department ensuring the right people are on the right work at the right time while driving the processes that keep our agency efficient, collaborative and moving fast.

Who You Are

• Experienced in traffic management, studio coordination or workflow management within a creative or integrated agency
• Strong understanding of agency workflow, production timelines and project scheduling
• Calm under pressure and confident managing multiple moving deadlines simultaneously
• Collaborative, proactive and solutions focused, thriving in fast paced creative environments
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Confident with workflow tools such as Monday.com and committed to improving efficiency and process
