Role Overview

As a Client Solutions Executive, you will serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for our Enterprise and Business clients across Australia and New Zealand. You will own these client relationships, working to understand their unique communications objectives and end-to-end media requirements.

Your day will be fast-paced, blending client relationship management, media monitoring, and commercial collaboration. You’ll keep your finger on the pulse of breaking news, TV, radio, print, and social media to alert clients to the issues that impact their business, while actively identifying opportunities to upsell Isentia's value-added products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Client Relationships & Retention: Build strong, trusted-advisor relationships. Proactively anticipate client needs, handle inquiries with accuracy and efficiency, and work to hit client retention and renewal targets.
  • Monitor & Alert: Keep a close eye on breaking news across social media, broadcast, and online platforms. Reach out to clients with urgency to alert them to major media issues impacting their business.
  • Drive Value & Organic Growth: Leverage your sharp news sense and understanding of Isentia’s unique service propositions to identify upsell and value-add opportunities, passing leads to the broader commercial team.
  • Data & CRM Management: Create, update, and maintain highly accurate client briefs and activity records in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate as "One Team": Work seamlessly with internal departments (Account Management, Operations, Billing, and New Business teams) to ensure flawless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications preferred but not essential (Media, Communications or Business)
  • Strong client relationship management experience gained in a commercial/sales environment
  • Ideally, you’ll come from a PR, media, or Communications background
  • You should be self-motivated and results-driven
  • You’ll be digital/social media savvy with a strong interest in the news & current affairs.
