Your new company

Are you a site engineer 3-6 years experience and able to start within a week? Initially contract for 6 months.

I have been dealing with this client since they opened their Australian doors 10 years ago. With clients across the education space, upgrades and new build schools, and the rail space, from civils to stations to platforms, they require 2 construction engineers for 2 separate projects starting in January. A tier 2/3 contractor, they require a hands-on engineer, understanding the nature of running smaller projects from start to finish, both from delivery and financial differences.

Your new role

2 potential projects to start on.A school buildings / civils project, require an engineer with an understanding of both civil and, more importantly, buildings, structures, concrete and steel, fitout, electrical, services, audio and refurb of an existing school- Melbourne based. A $6m project running for 6 months

A rail related civil project - a $5m project- 6 months- experience required on a similar size $ project- structures, small roads, steel, demolition, able to manage own civil crews alongside a site manager.

What you'll need to succeed

Construction Degree qualified

Experience in buildings and civil as above.

3- 5 years working for a civil / building contractor, site based role

Ability to manage subcontractors and crews, strong personality and communication.

Based here in Melbourne, ready to start - full working rights.

What you'll get in return

Rates- $50- $70/hour +super+ vehicle
