Employee Solutions Specialist (Field Sales) | Sydney, Brisbane or Perth

A national employee benefits organisation is seeking an Employee Solutions Specialist to join its Customer Education team. The business supports employers and employees with salary packaging and novated leasing solutions, with a strong focus on customer education, growth and service excellence. This is a hybrid role based in Sydney, Brisbane or Perth.

This is a field sales role at heart, wrapped in a genuinely rewarding product: helping employees save real money through salary packaging and novated leasing. You'll be the face of a national employee benefits organisation at some of the country's biggest workplaces, running the room, converting interest into results, and owning your own portfolio like it's your business.

What you'll actually be doing

Get in front of people and sell. Run engaging, high-energy education sessions across client sites that drive real participation in salary packaging and novated leasing, including live EV demonstrations. This is presenting and persuading, not just informing.

Own your pipeline. Follow up every session with purpose, managing inbound and outbound calls, chasing leads and referrals, and converting expressions of interest into signed-up employees.

Build relationships that open doors. Work the room at every level, from site managers to executives, to secure access, build trust, and keep the door open for the next opportunity.

Partner, don't operate in isolation. Team up with Client Success Managers to plan and execute education activity that's aligned to what the client actually needs.

Bring the data. Use customer insight and KPI tracking to sharpen your approach, improve conversion, and prove your impact.

What you bring

  • A track record in field sales, business development, or face-to-face customer engagement, ideally in a corporate or B2B2C environment
  • Genuine confidence presenting to groups and closing conversations into outcomes, not just information sessions
  • The stakeholder skills to walk into a room with executives and hold your own
  • Resilience and self-direction: you don't need someone checking in on you to stay motivated
  • A current driver's licence and the ability to work autonomously across a multi-site, field-based territory
  • Salary packaging or novated leasing knowledge is a bonus, not a barrier. If you can sell, we'll get you up to speed on the product fast
