You’ll be providing support to participants in Strathfield. Workers living in and the surrounding suburbs, including North Strathfield, Homebush, Burwood, Concord, and Enfield, are encouraged to apply.

About The Role
We have multiple
Disability Support Worker (DSW) opportunities across Inner Western Sydney.
Shifts and settings will be matched to your experience and availability.
Your work may include:
- Supporting participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, Vertical Villages, or In-Home Care (IHC)
- Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, mobility, daily routines, and community access
- Supporting participants with complex needs, including Behaviour Support Plans and de-escalation strategies
- Assisting with medication administration and detailed health support plans
- Working collaboratively with allied health, case workers, and families to deliver person-centred care
About You
We’re open to a range of backgrounds and experience. You’ll bring:
- Minimum 6 months experience or a Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or a related field
- Medication Administration training, manual handling certificate (or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and professional boundaries
- Experience with high-intensity or complex behaviours (advantageous, not essential)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, Driver’s Licence, and insured vehicle
