About the role

QYO is seeking a Digital Systems and IT Operations Coordinator to support the day to day operational and digital needs of the organisation.

This is a hands-on role that sits across operations, systems, data and internal support. You will work closely with the executive and operational teams to maintain, support and improve the systems, workflows and processes that support auditions, member onboarding, communications and day to day delivery of QYO's primary function.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving practical problems, working across systems, improving workflows and making a meaningful contribution in a purpose driven organisation.

Salary

Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Support QYO's day to day operational systems and processes
  • Maintain and support Microsoft 365 systems, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Maintain and support digital forms, workflows and operational processes
  • Support audition administration, scheduling and operational preparation
  • Support member onboarding, offboarding and user administration
  • Manage user access, licences, permissions and shared mailboxes
  • Support and troubleshoot Salesforce operational workflows and configuration
  • Provide internal technical and operational support to staff
  • Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support operational delivery during key program and event periods

Technology ecosystem

You will work across an evolving digital ecosystem, including:

  • Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • CRM and member data systems
  • Website, complex digital forms and workflow automation
  • Payment and membership systems
  • Marketing and communication tools

Experience across similar platforms will be highly regarded.

Selection criteria

You are practical, curious and solutions focused.

You enjoy understanding how systems and processes connect, and you're confident working through both simple and complex operational challenges.

Ideally, you will bring a breadth of IT industry experience in:

  • Systems support, operations support, business systems or digital administration with an exposure to Microsoft’s Power Platform, including Power Fx and Power Automate (highly desirable)
  • Confidence working with data, workflows and digital systems with exposure to JavaScript or similar scripting languages (desirable)
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho, including basic administration or troubleshooting
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail (project management skills highly desirable)
  • An interest in music, arts, education or the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded

Flexibility and operational support

This role includes flexibility to support operational and program delivery requirements outside standard office hours.

This may include rostered Friday evening and Saturday support during key program, rehearsal and event periods.

QYO supports flexible working arrangements and time in lieu where applicable.
