Working within a complex and fast-paced environment, you will join a team responsible for driving organisational change across major technology and business transformation projects. This 12-month fixed-term opportunity offers exposure to a large-scale transformation program involving ERP implementation, CRM enhancement, business process improvement, and multiple interconnected workstreams.
Your new role
As Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading the people side of change across a complex transformation program. You will partner with senior leaders, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure new systems, processes, and ways of working are successfully embedded across the organisation.
Key Responsibilties include:-
- Developing and delivering change management strategies that support successful transformation outcomes.
- Leading stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness activities across multiple workstreams.
- Supporting the implementation of enterprise-wide ERP and CRM initiatives.
- Conducting change impact assessments and identifying risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact adoption.
- Developing communication plans, training materials, leadership briefings, and engagement activities.
- Partnering with leaders to build change capability and drive stakeholder buy-in.
- Coordinating change activity across project and program streams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Monitoring adoption outcomes and adjusting change interventions where required.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Contributing to the development of sustainable change practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:-
- Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change across large-scale transformation programs.
- Proven experience supporting ERP, CRM, enterprise technology, or business transformation initiatives.
- Banking or financial sector experience is highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience developing and delivering communication, engagement, training, and business readiness plans.
- Experience working across multiple concurrent workstreams in a complex program environment.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset with strong planning and delivery capabilities.
- The ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on outcomes.
