Client Experience Manager - Finance4Nurses (Melbourne, Hybrid)

Finance4Nurses is Australia’s leading mortgage broking business for nurses. Our purpose: every nurse can and should own their own home. Nurses care for people at their most vulnerable- they deserve the same standard of care from us.

That’s why we’ve created a brand-new role: Client Experience Manager.

This isn’t admin, and it isn’t broking.

It’s ownership of the entire client journey by ensuring every nurse we work with always knows what’s happening next, feels looked after, and never falls through the cracks between the first call and settlement (and beyond).

What you’ll own

• The end-to-end client journey: timely contact, proactive updates, no dropped balls
• Re-engaging our 700+ existing clients with warm, genuine outreach
• Our client experience metrics: response times, contact cadence, milestone communication, post-settlement check-ins
• Working alongside our brokers, credit and settlements teams to keep raising the bar

What we’re looking for

• A background in hospitality, healthcare, banking or another genuinely service-driven industry. Mortgage experience is NOT required
• A real track record of making people feel properly looked after
• Warm, clear, plain-English communication
• Someone highly organised who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told
• Genuine care for people going through a big life moment
• This role requires some physical presence in our head office. Please do not apply if you are NOT in Melbourne.
