Role Summary

As our Creator & Influencer Talent Coordinator at Swan Studio, you will be the driving force behind our talent recruitment function, helping to scale how we find, manage, and grow our creator network. You’ll work cross-functionally with our creative strategists and production team to ensure every shoot has the perfect talent, every brief is delivered seamlessly, and every piece of content meets our high-quality bar.

This is an execution-focused coordinator role with a direct runway for growth. We are looking for someone eager to master the day-to-day operations of talent management today, with the ambition to help shape our longer-term talent strategy and develop into a manager-level role as we continue to scale. Talent is a core function of what we do at Swan Studio, and you will play a defining role in taking our processes to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and scale our talent recruitment and management function.
  • Constantly source and recruit new content creators across platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube) to fit various client briefs.
  • Maintain and grow our talent database, keeping it organised and highly functional.
  • Ensure creators are properly briefed and track deliverables to make sure content meets our quality expectations.
  • Partner closely with creative strategists and producers to help match the right creators to the right concepts.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our talent pool so they love working with Swan Studio.
  • Develop influencer partnerships and help unlock Partnership Ads as a core offering at Swan Studio, working with creators to amplify paid social performance.
  • Coordinate with our offshore talent support team to ensure seamless sourcing workflows.
  • Handle initial talent outreach, negotiate contracts, coordinate bookings, and facilitate contract templates and usage agreements.
  • Stay across the creator landscape, emerging platforms, and new talent trends to keep the team ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in talent coordination, influencer marketing, casting, or creator partnerships (agency environment a plus).
  • Deep understanding of the creator ecosystem, specifically TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, shoots, and creator communications at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you know how to talk to creators.
  • A sharp eye for what makes a good creator and an understanding of what makes content engaging.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and stays calm under pressure
  • Bonus: existing relationships with creators across multiple niches or markets, or experience with paid social content
  • Bonus: familiarity with Partnership Ads (Meta) and influencer-led paid social campaigns

Benefits and Compensation

  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and impact.
  • Continuous professional development with dedicated budget for courses, conferences, and tooling.
  • Direct mentorship from agency leadership with a pathway to step into a manager role as you help scale the talent division.
  • Opportunity to have a massive impact on the agency's core offering and work with some of the best creators in the space.
