You'll design and deliver talent strategies, leadership development programs and succession planning frameworks that support our enterprise priorities. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, you'll provide expert advice, influence decision-making, and ensure we have the right leadership capability in place now and for the future.

From shaping leadership programs to embedding enterprise skills and enabling talent processes, you'll bring a strategic mindset alongside strong delivery capability. You'll also monitor program effectiveness, continuously improving our approach to ensure meaningful impact across ART.

This role is a 12 month fixed-term contract opportunity and is based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

Responsibilities

Day to day, you'll:

  • Design and deliver enterprise talent management and succession planning strategies.
  • Develop and enhance leadership programs to build capability across current and emerging leaders.
  • Partner with senior leaders and People & Culture stakeholders to identify and address talent needs.
  • Create tools, playbooks and frameworks to support leaders in managing talent effectively.
  • Embed leadership capability into the broader enterprise skills and learning ecosystem.
  • Manage external vendors to deliver coaching and development initiatives.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve talent and leadership outcomes.

Qualifications

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

  • You have proven experience in talent management, leadership development or organisational development.
  • Your background includes partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives.
  • You'll bring strong program management skills and the ability to deliver at scale.
  • You're experienced in designing practical, customer-focused solutions that support business outcomes.
  • You have worked with talent and leadership tools, frameworks or platforms.
  • Your stakeholder management skills allow you to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • You'll ideally hold a tertiary qualification in HR, business or organisational psychology.
  • You're comfortable working across multiple People & Culture disciplines or in agile environments.
