Senior Digital Product Owner (Website) to join our Digital Content & Website Experience team and lead the ongoing growth, optimisation and performance of our websites, with an initial focus on the Suncorp Insurance website.

The Opportunity

As Senior Digital Product Owner, you'll be accountable for website performance and digital customer experience, leading the delivery of seamless and innovative digital journeys that drive sales, service and claims outcomes. You'll work across a broad stakeholder landscape to identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives and deliver measurable improvements through data-driven decision-making

This role offers the opportunity to own and shape the website roadmap while partnering closely with technology, marketing, UX, analytics and content teams to create exceptional customer experiences.

More specifically, you will: Drive Digital Performance

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for website enhancements.
• Improve customer journeys and business outcomes through initiatives including SEO/LLM optimisation, A/B testing, personalisation and page redesigns.
• Identify opportunities to grow digital sales, service and claims performance.

Lead End-to-End Product Ownership

• Manage website assets and capabilities from idea through to delivery.
• Prioritise and manage product backlogs.
• Partner with technology squads and specialist teams to deliver high-value outcomes.
• Advance platform capabilities and optimise website performance.

Influence and Engage Stakeholders

• Build strong relationships across business and digital teams.
• Bring stakeholders together around shared customer and business outcomes.
• Use compelling communication, storytelling and negotiation skills to gain alignment and drive results.

Leverage Data and Insights

• Analyse website and customer data to identify trends, root causes and opportunities.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
• Measure outcomes and continuously optimise experiences.

Lead Change and Continuous Improvement

• Drive large-scale digital initiatives with autonomy and confidence.
• Support and coach team members to build capability.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement.

Manage Risk and Governance

• Ensure activities operate within governance, compliance and risk frameworks.
• Champion effective processes and ways of working that support sustainable delivery.

About You

• 3+ years' experience in digital product ownership, digital experience management or website management with a track record of delivering measurable results.
• Strong experience using analytics and customer insights to drive product improvements and optimisation outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of digital best practices, website performance and customer experience principles.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments, including backlog management and cross-functional team coordination.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and tell compelling stories.
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills, with a passion for solving customer and business challenges.
• A continuous learning mindset and enthusiasm for innovation and new ways of working.

Preferred Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Digital, Technology or a related discipline.
• Agile certification will be highly regarded.
• Experience within Insurance or Financial Services is advantageous but not essential.
