Site Supervisor - Structures

Hindmarsh is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the structures phase of a landmark 12-storey mixed-use development. As our Adelaide business continues to grow, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering projects that make a lasting impact on the South Australian community.

Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the structures works, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme, maintaining quality and ensuring every apartment is delivered to the high standard Hindmarsh is known for.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and supervising structures activities across multiple trades
• Managing subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme
• Maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout the fit-out process
• Monitoring short-term programmes and coordinating daily site activities
• Reviewing shop drawings, inspections and quality documentation
• Identifying and resolving defects early to achieve high-quality project outcomes
• Supporting site safety, quality and environmental performance across all work packages
• Working collaboratively with the Site Manager, Project Manager, consultants and subcontractors to deliver outstanding results

We are looking for team members who have:

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreperson or Leading Hand on large commercial or residential construction projects
• Strong structures experience, ideally within high-rise residential or mixed-use developments
• A practical understanding of construction sequencing, quality management and subcontractor coordination
• A proactive approach to problem solving and programme management
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships on site
• Experience using Aconex, Hammertech or similar construction management software
