About The Position
Join the team as a Site Supervisor and play a key role in delivering high-quality civil, earthworks, and construction projects across the Pilbara region. Youll lead site crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards while working closely with clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilitie s
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations across civil, earthworks, and construction projects.
- Lead crews and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and quality project delivery.
- Plan and allocate labour, plant, materials, and equipment to meet project requirements.
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and maintain project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Complete required site documentation, reporting, and timesheet approvals.
- Liaise with project teams, clients, and contractors to support successful outcomes.
- Mentor and support site personnel while promoting a positive safety culture.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Site Supervisor, Leading Hand, or similar leadership role within civil, earthworks, or construction projects.
- Current schedule 26 (Mining S26)
- Experience managing site crews, subcontractors, plant, and equipment.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project delivery, safety, and quality requirements.
- Experience working on remote/FIFO projects within the mining or civil industry (highly regarded).
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and site documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with safety systems, risk assessments, permits, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with teams, clients, and contractors.
