Finance Manager - Renewables

We are currently working with an investment manager in the energy transition sector focused on providing investors with enhanced returns from energy transition investments including coupling solar and BESS, distributed energy, industrial transition and renewables recycling.

They are looking to add a Finance Manager to the team in Melbourne

• Core Qualificatio ns
• CPA or CA qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in management reporting and financial analysis.
• Experience in investment, financial services, or preferably the renewable energy secto r.

• Technical Skil ls
• Management reporting.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Financial modelling and investment analysis.
• Portfolio valuation and performance monitoring.
• Cash flow and treasury management.
• Financial reporting and board reporting.
• Australian taxation, audit, and compliance.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, Xero (or similar ERP/reporting systems).
• Risk management and scenario analys is.

• Managing relationships with executives, boards, investors, lenders, and external stakeholders.
• Leading cross-functional teams across multiple business units and geographies.
