ANZUK Education is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a growing Early Childhood temporary recruitment desk in Perth. This is an opportunity to step into a well-established market, build strategic partnerships with Early Childhood centres, and drive the continued growth of our presence across Western Australia.

This is a high-impact 360 recruitment role, suited to a proven recruitment, business development, or sales professional who excels at relationship management, business growth,and delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Leading and growing a specialist Early Childhood recruitment desk across Perth
  • Developing strategic partnerships with Early Childhood centres and key decision-makers
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality Early Childhood educators
  • Driving business development activity to secure new clients and expand market share
  • Managing and growing an established portfolio of accounts while identifying new opportunities
  • Providing exceptional service and workforce solutions to clients and candidates
  • Building strong talent pipelines and maintaining a deep understanding of the local market
  • Contributing to team success through mentoring, collaboration, and best-practice recruitment strategies

About You

  • Proven experience in recruitment, business development, account management, or sales
  • Demonstrated success in growing client portfolios and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and driven by results
  • Confident managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence
