Invoicing Coordinator - Global Freight

Job Purpose
We are currently seeking an experienced Invoicing Coordinator to join our Global Freight team based in Docklands, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end invoicing for our customers and overseas agents, ensuring invoices align with agreed rates and commercial requirements. Working closely with operations, customer service, procurement and finance teams, you will help maintain data accuracy, resolve invoicing issues, support process improvements and contribute to the efficient delivery of DP World's freight forwarding services.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete accurate end-to-end invoicing for air and sea freight shipments
- Review customer rate cards, quotations and shipment details to ensure accurate billing
- Manage vendor cost invoice posting, debt notes, WIP and accruals using CargoWise
- Resolve invoicing queries and discrepancies by working closely with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders
- Monitor job status, reporting and invoicing records to ensure compliance with operational and financial requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing invoicing processes, automation and data accuracy
Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- Previous experience in freight forwarding invoicing, logistics operations or a similar role
- Strong understanding of Australian air and sea freight forwarding operations
- Experience using CargoWise, including invoicing and auto-rating functions, is highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and KPI targets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach
