Sales & Production Estimator | Custom Homes | South West Sydney

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Super (depending on experience)

Our client is a well-established custom home builder delivering approximately 20 high-quality homes per year across Sydney. With a strong reputation for quality, a loyal client base and a growing pipeline of work, they are looking to add an experienced estimator to their close-knit pre-construction team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced

Production Estimator looking to broaden their skills. If you have strong production estimating experience and are interested in developing your sales estimating capability, full training and support will be provided.

The Role

Working closely with an experienced leadership team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates while supporting projects through the pre-construction process.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Preparing production estimates and bills of quantities
• Reviewing architectural plans, engineering and consultant documentation
• Identifying and pricing variations
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
• Working closely with drafting, construction and pre-construction teams
• Assisting with sales estimating as your experience develops
• Maintaining accurate estimating records and documentation

About You

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• Experience in residential production estimating
• A solid understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
• The ability to read and interpret residential construction documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• A willingness to learn and develop into sales estimating
