Summary

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Principal Civil Engineer looking to play a key leadership role within one of North Queensland's most respected engineering consultancies.

We're seeking an engineer who enjoys leading projects, mentoring engineers and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality civil infrastructure solutions across the region.

The role offers genuine technical autonomy, strong client interaction and the opportunity to influence the continued growth of an established consultancy with an excellent reputation.

We're particularly interested in engineers with experience in:

• Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) projects
• Roads and transport infrastructure
• Bridges and drainage design
• Stormwater, water and sewer infrastructure
• Civil design, project delivery and construction support
• Client management and stakeholder engagement
• RPEQ (or eligibility) highly regarded

You'll be joining a collaborative team delivering a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects throughout North Queensland while providing technical leadership to engineers and helping shape future project delivery.

This opportunity will suit an experienced Principal Engineer, Associate Director, Technical Director or Senior Civil Engineer ready to step into a genuine leadership position.
