About The Role

As the Assistant Store Manager you will be a visible and inspiring leader championing both team performance and strong customer experiences. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will lead a team of 5-6 team members whilst playing a key role in the operational side of the store. A strong focus of this position is the coaching and development of your team members. You'll empower your team through consistent training, ensuring they are confident in product knowledge alongside feature and benefit selling. The ideal candidate will be a natural people leader who thrives on building genuine relationships and guiding customers throughout their sales journey.

Skills And Experience

• Senior Sales Person , Assistant Manager or Store Manager experience within a consultative sales role highly regarded
• Enjoys feature and benefit selling
• Confident communicator
• Passionate about the customer experience
