As Project Sales Principal, you'll lead the sales success of two exciting developments in Bentleigh East and Brighton East, guiding purchasers from first enquiry through to settlement while contributing to pricing, product mix and release strategies that support each project's success.
Working closely with our Development, Marketing, Operations and Sales teams, you'll build trusted customer relationships while helping deliver outstanding commercial outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
Your focus will include:
- Driving reservations, revenue and settlement outcomes
- Qualifying, nurturing and converting customer enquiries
- Maintaining purchaser relationships throughout construction
- Contributing sales insights that support project performance
- Managing customer pipelines through Salesforce
- Working collaboratively across Development, Marketing, Operations and Sales
- Coaching Sales Professionals where appropriate
About You
We're interested in speaking with experienced property sales professionals who enjoy building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your experience may come from:

- Apartment developments
- Off-the-plan sales
- Land estates
- Premium residential real estate

- Lifestyle communities
You'll Also Bring
- Significant experience in property or relationship-based sales
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
- A current real estate licence
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform
Experience in project or off-the-plan sales will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
