This opportunity will see you join the team on a major education project in Tamworth, working closely alongside an experienced Site Manager and Project Manager.

Your new role

Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale education project.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and managing subcontractor scopes of works
  • Assisting with contract administration and contractual documentation
  • Conducting QA inspections and maintaining quality records
  • Supporting site safety inspections and compliance requirements
  • Coordinating project documentation and reporting
  • Monitoring project compliance across various work packages
  • Assisting with progress tracking and project programmes
  • Managing invoice processing and project administration
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders

This role offers a unique blend of site engineering and construction cadet responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related discipline
  • Previous experience as a Cadet, Site Engineer, or Contract Administrator
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage project documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Experience using Microsoft Project, Procore and/or Jobpac will be highly regarded.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced construction professionals
