About The Opportunity

Our Sales team, based in Darwin, are seeking an Account Manager to join them. This is a hybrid role, with site visits as required. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with existing employer partners while identifying opportunities to grow novated leasing and salary packaging participation. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll educate customers on our solutions and play a key role in driving business growth — always guided by our promise that it's easy with Easi.

Reporting to the National Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Generating and converting novated leasing and salary packaging leads.
• Educating customers on salary packaging and novated leasing solutions, delivering exceptional, easy customer experiences at every touchpoint.
• Maintaining strong internal and external working relationships.
• Increasing the number of Easi members and novated leasing customers within existing employer clients.
• Championing the Easi core values and bringing our "it's easy with Easi" promise to life in every customer interaction.

About You

You are a motivated and customer-focused professional who enjoys building strong relationships and delivering positive customer outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take a proactive approach to your work, and are driven by achieving results. You understand that making things easy for customers takes real skill — clear communication, genuine care, and the confidence to simplify the complex.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

• Proven experience in account management, business development, relationship management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and engage a variety of stakeholders.
• A customer-first mindset and a proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience within salary packaging, novated leasing, financial services, or related industry will be highly regarded.
