The Role

Join a team where reliability, collaboration, and care for people come first. As a Reliability Co‑ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting safe, efficient operations by bringing people, plans, and resources together.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, values continuous improvement, and takes pride in helping teams succeed.

Our Lenah Valley site in Hobart manufactures a range of more than 50 milk, milk-based and cream products, with all products made from fresh milk sourced directly from Tasmanian dairy farms. The site currently produces around 33 million litres of product every year, operating 6 days a week and employing around 50 people.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with maintenance, operations, and contractors to plan and coordinate maintenance activities
  • Ensure materials, tools, and resources are ready to support smooth execution
  • Maintain and manage schedules and systems to keep work organised and visible
  • Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis to strengthen reliability
  • Build trusted relationships across teams to enable clear communication and shared success

About you

  • Experience in maintenance planning or coordination in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A thoughtful, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Confidence using CMMS/SAP systems (or a willingness to learn)
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks while supporting team outcomes
