Your new role

As an experienced Product Manager, you will lead the product vision, roadmap and delivery priorities for a large-scale digital transformation program. Working within a complex Agile environment, you'll collaborate with senior executives, policy teams, operational stakeholders, designers and ICT delivery teams to shape future state services and drive business outcomes. You'll be responsible for balancing user needs, policy objectives, delivery constraints and strategic priorities while ensuring the program remains focused on delivering tangible value. This is an opportunity to influence a nationally significant platform transformation from strategy through to delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience leading product strategy or product delivery within large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Proven capability in developing product roadmaps, managing backlogs and prioritising delivery outcomes.
• Strong experience working in Agile environments, including release planning and stakeholder engagement.
• The ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior executives, business leaders and technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience preparing executive briefings, governance papers and strategic recommendations.
• Previous Australian Government experience will be highly regarded.
