We are looking for a motivated Administrator to join our team in Dubbo. While this role starts in administration, it has been designed as a pathway into the exciting world of Loss Adjusting, with the opportunity to progress into an External Claims Adjuster role over time.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career, a recent TAFE or university graduate, or someone who simply isn't sure what career path they want to commit to yet. What is Loss Adjusting?
Loss Adjusters play a critical role when people experience unexpected events such as storms, floods, fires, accidents, or property damage. They work closely with policyholders, insurers, and tradespeople to assess damage, investigate claims, and help customers navigate what can often be a challenging time.

What You Will Be Doing Initially
- Answering calls and responding to email enquiries
- Supporting clients and stakeholders throughout the claims process
- Assisting the team with reports and general administrative tasks
- Managing inboxes and diaries
- Coordinating information between customers, insurers, and suppliers
- Helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly

About You
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented with a customer-focused approach
- Curious, proactive, and eager to build a long-term career
- No prior insurance or claims experience required
What We Are Looking For
- Previous administration, retail, hospitality, customer service, or office experience is beneficial but not essential
- Recent TAFE, diploma, or university graduates encouraged to apply
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills
