Change Management Analyst

We are seeking Change Management Analysts to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology team.
As a Change Management Analyst, you will deliver and continuously improve client-focused organisational, cultural and technology change initiatives aligned to the ATO’s Enterprise Change Management framework. You’ll analyse change impacts and contribute to the design and implementation of end-to-end change strategies, including communication planning and stakeholder engagement.
You will support the planning and coordination of change activities across projects or programs, applying sound judgment to manage competing priorities.
You will build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, provide guidance, and contribute to continuous improvement in change management practices to strengthen organisations capability outcomes.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Newcastle, Sydney CBD, Townsville or Wollongong.
