Change Manager

We are seeking experienced Change Managers to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area.

As a Change Manager, you will lead the delivery of organisational, cultural and technology change initiatives aligned to the ATO’s Enterprise Change Management framework. You’ll analyse change impacts, design and implement change strategies including identifying people impacts, mapping end-to-end change journeys, and sequencing activities to transition initiatives into business-as-usual.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, provide strategic advice, translate complex change into clear communication, and drive adoption to influence outcomes and resolve challenges.

You will support continuous improvement in change management practices and uplift capability through coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer, fostering a resilient and adaptable culture.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Newcastle, Sydney CBD, Townsville or Wollongong.
