Site Coordinator

We are seeking motivated individuals with exceptional work behaviours to join our Site Leadership Program.

As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging site initiatives, events, and communications that support the goals of the Site Leadership Program. You’ll help foster a strong sense of community, connection, and culture across ATO sites.

Working closely with your site, you will develop a strong understanding of local priorities, employee needs, and workplace culture. These insights will enable you to tailor Site Leadership Program activities and communications to reflect the unique character of your site, ensuring they are meaningful, relevant, and resonate with employees. Through effective coordination and stakeholder engagement, you’ll help create a positive and connected workplace experience.

To successfully deliver the responsibilities of this position, the role requires attendance on site for at least three days per week.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Albury, Brisbane CBD, Melbourne CBD, Parramatta, Townsville or Upper Mount Gravatt.
