Site Engineer | $100M Road Project | Northern Beaches, Sydney

CGC Recruitment have partnered with a long-standing National Tier 2 Contractor who are at the forefront of the infrastructure boom across NSW, delivering major projects across Roads, Bridges, and Marine.

They have recently secured a $100M road upgrade project on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and are now seeking a Site Engineer with TFNSW experience to join their team.

The Role

Reporting to an experienced Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery, including:

• Assisting in the development of ITPs
• Planning and coordinating site activities and short-term programs
• Managing on-site QA and documentation
• Supporting subcontractor coordination and site supervision

Scope of Works Includes

• Minor earthworks
• Drainage
• PUP relocations
• Traffic staging and switches

This role offers strong training and development, ideal for an Engineer looking to step up and grow over the next 12-18 months.

About You

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience
• Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
• Exposure to TFNSW projects highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage subcontractors
• Driven, proactive, and eager to develop your career
