About The Role
Join our Intelligent Solutions Delivery team and contribute to the smooth operation of a diverse portfolio of technology applications and systems. Working closely with Delivery Managers, engineering teams and service partners, you will help deliver stable, secure and efficient services. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful technology outcomes while developing your service management expertise across a complex enterprise environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide operational expertise for a portfolio of applications and systems, ensuring services continue to meet business and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to maintain service performance and meet agreed service levels
- Support incident, change, problem and asset management activities, helping teams deliver reliable and well governed technology services
- Identify and drive service improvement opportunities, including automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve operational outcomes
- Participate in service transition activities and change governance forums, ensuring new and changed services are operationally ready
- Produce reporting and trend analysis that supports informed decision making and continuous service improvement
What You'll Bring
- Experience working within IT operations, application support or service delivery environments, applying service management frameworks to deliver business outcomes
- Knowledge of ITIL practices across incident, change, problem, release and asset management, and how they support service reliability
- Ability to analyse service performance data, identify trends and recommend practical improvement opportunities
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including engineering teams, business representatives and third party service providers
- Strong written communication skills, enabling you to create operational documentation, reports and service insights that support informed decisions
- Ability to build relationships and provide guidance across technical teams while maintaining a customer focused approach
