WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Senior Account Manager of Paid Social + Programmatic, you'll be at the forefront of digital strategy and execution, focusing on programmatic and paid social channels. You will lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include, Planning and delivering digital media strategies across brand and performance. You'll also be responsible ford designing and leading digital innovation programs, alongside building strong relationships with clients, media partners, and internal teams. We have a hungry team, so you'll also be helping to mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED...

• 5+ years of experience in paid social or programmatic space
• Proven leadership skills in a fast paced agency environment
• Expertise in both biddable and non biddable digital channels
• Proficiency with industry tools such as DV360, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
