Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Advisor to join their ANZ Field Marketing team on a parental leave contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the end-to-end execution of demand generation campaigns, events, and marketing programs.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams, you will play a key role in driving pipeline growth, executing integrated campaigns, and delivering measurable business outcomes across the ANZ region.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns across multiple channels
  • Plan and deliver customer events, partner events, webinars, and virtual activations
  • Localise and execute regional and global marketing campaigns for the ANZ market
  • Manage campaign timelines, assets, budgets, and deliverables
  • Work closely with Sales teams to drive engagement and support pipeline generation
  • Coordinate agencies, vendors, and event suppliers where required
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise activities to improve results
  • Develop campaign reporting and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Support partner marketing initiatives and sales enablement activities
  • Leverage marketing technologies and AI tools to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency

Ideal candidates will possess the following

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, field marketing, or campaign management
  • Proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns from concept to delivery
  • Strong event and webinar management experience
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools within marketing workflows
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with Sales teams
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes
  • Experience working within technology, software, or enterprise environments will be highly regarded
