An established contractor operating across the construction, demolition and hazardous materials sector is seeking a Manager to lead its Mid North Coast operations.

This is an outstanding opportunity for either an experienced Manager or a Supervisor looking to take the next step into more of a leadership role.

About You To Be Successful, You Will Ideally Have

• Experience in demolition, asbestos removal, construction, civil, remediation or a related industry.
• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Supervisor or Leading Hand with leadership responsibilities.
• A desire to step into, or continue developing within, a senior management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience liaising with clients and preparing quotations or assisting with estimating.
• Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and safe work practices.
• Strong organisational and computer skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to identify new business opportunities.

Highly regarded

• Asbestos Removal qualifications (Class A or Class B).
• Demolition industry experience.
• Building or construction background.

A structured handover and mentoring program will be provided, allowing you to work alongside the current manager before taking over the position.
