We're looking for an exceptional Account Manager & Accountability Coach to become the engine room behind extraordinary client experiences.
This is far more than an account management role. You'll become a trusted partner to business owners and leadership teams, working alongside our Senior Growth Partners to keep strategic priorities moving, coordinate world-class workshops, and ensure every client engagement is delivered with excellence.

What You'll Own
Client Relationships & Executive Excellence
You'll become the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of ambitious privately owned businesses, ensuring every engagement is delivered with precision, professionalism and care.
You'll:
- Build trusted relationships with CEOs, founders and leadership teams.
- Coordinate client meetings, coaching schedules and engagement plans.
- Keep projects, priorities and milestones moving.
- Provide executive-level progress updates.
- Maintain momentum across every engagement and proactively manage opportunities and risks.
Success looks like: Exceptional client relationships, seamless execution, outstanding communication and consistently high client satisfaction.
Accountability & Execution
Strategy creates value when it is executed. You'll work alongside our Senior Growth Partners to help leadership teams stay focused, accountable and aligned around what matters most.
You'll:
- Attend client meetings, leadership sessions and strategic workshops.
- Track quarterly priorities, milestones and action plans.
- Facilitate accountability conversations and follow-up.
- Support clients to embed world-class operating rhythms.
- Help leadership teams maintain momentum between workshops.
Success looks like: Leadership teams executing with confidence, maintaining momentum and consistently delivering their strategic priorities.
Deliver World-Class Workshops
Our workshops are transformational moments for our clients. You'll ensure every experience reflects the professionalism and craftsmanship that defines Performance 7.
You'll:
- Coordinate venues, travel and workshop logistics.
- Prepare agendas, participant packs and strategic documentation.
- Support facilitation and capture key decisions and actions.
- Deliver workshop summaries and action plans within 24 hours.
Success looks like: Every workshop is professionally delivered, highly organised and remembered as an exceptional experience.
Operational Excellence
Excellence lives in the details. You'll ensure every system, project and client record reflects the highest standards.
You'll:
- Maintain HubSpot, project plans and client records.
- Update strategic plans and documentation.
- Record meeting notes, actions and decisions.
- Ensure information is accurate, organised and current.
Success looks like: Accurate systems, organised projects and operational excellence that supports an exceptional client experience.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

- Confidence working with founders, CEOs and executive leadership teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and commercial judgement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, HubSpot and modern collaboration technologies.
- A passion for technology, AI and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel interstate to support client workshops.

Onboarding: A structured 8-week immersion into our project management process, client delivery standards, technology platforms and the Higher Playing Field framework.
