At Equans, we're looking for a proactive
National Service Support Coordinator to play a critical role in driving service excellence across our national customer portfolio.
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll:
Coordinate service calls, maintenance schedules and technician workloads
Manage customer enquiries and provide outstanding customer service
Monitor work orders, customer portals, invoicing and aged WIP
Support subcontractor management, procurement and compliance activities
Train and support team members while contributing to continuous improvement
Help maintain our strong safety-first culture
What a Typical Day Could Look Like
Your morning starts by reviewing overnight work orders and prioritising urgent requests.
You'll allocate jobs to technicians, update customer systems, and ensure all information is captured accurately. Throughout the day you'll coordinate service activities, raise purchase orders, source parts, create customer quotes, and keep clients informed on progress.
Once work is completed, you'll finalise documentation, upload records to customer portals, and generate invoices.
It's a role that combines administration, customer service, coordination, problem-solving, and relationship management—all while helping keep essential services running.
We're looking for someone with
Strong administration, scheduling or service coordination experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Pronto Xi experience highly regarded)
Highly Regarded
- Experience in facilities management, maintenance, trades services, construction, or technical services environments.
- Exposure to customer portals, asset management systems, or service management software
