Senior Marketing Manager

This newly created role, reporting to the Head of Communications and Brand, offers a unique opportunity to build a best-in-class marketing strategy.
You will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of corporate marketing, content and digital strategy to enhance brand, strengthen reputation and support business growth. This role owns key marketing pillars—social, content, digital and brand—while working closely with senior stakeholders and leading delivery across channels.
About the Role
- Lead development and execution of a corporate marketing strategy aligned to business priorities.
- Deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns across brand, content, digital, and social.
- Own end-to-end social media strategy (organic and paid), including targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
- Drive content strategy and execution to enhance brand narrative, thought leadership, and audience engagement.
- Lead digital and website strategy, focusing on user experience, optimisation, and engagement.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape positioning and support business growth objectives.
- Manage external agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing outputs
- Oversee brand governance and ensure consistent application across all channels and touchpoints.
- Support growth across key investor segments, including institutional investors and family offices.
About You
- 10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing within funds management, asset management, or financial services
- Proven ability to manage marketing initiatives end-to-end (strategy through execution)
- Strong experience delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Deep expertise in social media (organic and paid) and content ecosystems
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, website strategy, and performance analytics
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in complex organisations
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term brand building with measurable commercial outcomes
