What does a Customer Experience Officer do?
Our Customer Experience Officers play a critical role in supporting customers, internal stakeholders and our broader commercial business.
Working within a high-performing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service across a variety of customer touchpoints while helping ensure the smooth operation of our order-to-delivery process.
You will engage with customers and stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand while supporting some of the world's most recognised beverage brands.
What you'll be doing
As a Customer Experience Officer, no two days are the same.
Typical Responsibilities May Include
- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
- Handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Processing orders and managing customer requests
- Providing updates on deliveries and product availability
- Performing high-volume data entry and administrative tasks
- Navigating systems such as SAP, Outlook and CRM platforms
- Collaborating with Sales, Credit, Supply Chain and Logistics teams
- Resolving customer and stakeholder issues in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting business initiatives and continuous improvement activities
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every interaction
