An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join a highly regarded developer-builder delivering one of Sydney's landmark residential developments.
Working alongside an established and high-performing project team, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful commercial delivery of a major multi-stage residential project.

The Opportunity
You will be responsible for the end-to-end contract administration of significant trade packages, ensuring commercial outcomes are achieved while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial management of major subcontract packages from procurement through to final account.
- Prepare and manage tender documentation, scope reviews, tender evaluations, and subcontract negotiations.
- Administer subcontract agreements and ensure contractual compliance.
- Assess and process progress claims, variations, extensions of time, and payment schedules.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Design, and Finance teams.
- Prepare monthly commercial reports and contribute to project financial performance.
- Mentor and support Contract Administrators within the team.
About You
You are a commercially astute construction professional with a strong track record delivering complex residential or mixed-use developments.
Must haves
- 8+ years' experience in contract administration experience
- Proven experience on large-scale residential, mixed-use, or high-rise developments over $100M with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and commercial management
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment
