About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven CRM Specialist to support and lead global CRM initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Performance Manager, you will focus heavily on customer acquisition, loyalty, retention, and market expansion.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data analytics, and creative, to build customer-centric campaigns that enhance customer lifetime value and increase market share across key international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Global CRM Strategy & Execution: Design and lead CRM initiatives across key global markets, building localised communication funnels for both new and existing customers.
- Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage highly personalised campaigns based on customer segmentation and lifecycle stages.
- Data Insights & Optimisation: Analyse customer data, transactional behavior, and market trends to generate actionable insights for CRM and wider marketing campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data and tech teams to enhance CRM platforms, improve reporting, and refine targeting strategies.
- Growth & Retention: Drive targeted initiatives designed to increase customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand loyalty.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in a similar CRM, Lifecycle, or Digital Marketing role.
- Analytical Excellence: Strong ability to assess market trends and consumer behaviors, using data-driven insights to inform your decisions.
- Strategic Execution: Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies that support business growth goals.
- Budget & Time Management: Demonstrated ability to plan, allocate, and manage budgets effectively while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly alongside internal creative/tech teams and external platform account managers.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Agile and forward-thinking, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure digital retail environment.
- Tech Savvy: High technical proficiency, including strong experience with standard CRM platforms and reporting tools.
