About the Role
This is a high-impact, target-driven role for an experienced sales professional who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and emerging technology. You will be responsible for identifying enterprise pain points, building a robust pipeline, and demonstrating the measurable ROI of modernizing legacy systems, migrating to the cloud, and deploying secure AI workflows.
You must be equally comfortable negotiating with C-level executives (CEOs, CTOs, CIOs) as you are collaborating with internal engineering teams to align business logic with technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and close high-value enterprise opportunities focused on AI solutions, cloud migration, workflow automation, and digital transformation.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, and existing enterprise relationships.
- Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand client challenges, technical debt, and operational bottlenecks, then recommend high-ROI technology solutions.
- Translate complex technical concepts including Generative AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, API integrations, and cloud architectures into clear business value for decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with technical architects and delivery teams to scope, estimate, and successfully transition projects from sales to implementation.
- Represent LeftclickTech at industry events, networking sessions, and executive client meetings to strengthen market presence and brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics while consistently working toward revenue targets.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Account Executive, or Enterprise Sales Professional within IT Services, Cloud Consulting, Enterprise Software, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and closing enterprise technology deals.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure), Intelligent Automation (RPA), and Generative AI solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, cloud migration, AI workflows, APIs, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to confidently participate in technical discovery and solution-based sales conversations.
Sales & Business Skills
- Established network of enterprise clients, IT decision-makers, and business leaders within Australia or global markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to engage C-level executives and translate technical solutions into measurable business outcomes.
- Highly organized with experience managing long and complex B2B enterprise sales cycles.
