Job description

The role will primarily support Marketing Technology (MarTech) initiatives, including loyalty, offers, gaming, CRM, DMB CMS, and customer engagement platforms.
Able to work on-site at the McDonald's Thornleigh office as required.
Demonstrated Business Technical Analyst (BTA) skills, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting business applications.
Well organised, prepared for meetings, and able to provide clear and timely status updates.
Able to work with ambiguous requirements, clarify expected outcomes, and translate business needs into actionable deliverables.
Produces quality documentation and reliably follows through on commitments.
Able to quickly learn and develop an understanding of new platforms, technologies, business processes, and system capabilities.
Comfortable working in an Agile or iterative delivery environment.
Collaborative team player who contributes positively to team outcomes and discussions.
Able to identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate them appropriately.
Willing to perform hands-on delivery activities, including testing, release coordination, meeting administration, note-taking, documentation updates, and other project support tasks as required.
