Our clients are a well established, top-tier firm located in Sydney's CBD. They are currently sourcing a Senior Manager/Associate Director to join their team, with a view of becoming a Partner in the firm.
The Senior Manager/Associate Director in Business Advisory acts as the 2IC for the Partner, leading a team, managing workflow and providing support and guidance to clients in navigating various business challenges. They are responsible for the results of their team and signing off on the work their team produces. This role will be the first point of contact for clients, and they will be across every aspect of each client's business.
It is the Senior Manager/Associate Director's responsibility to ensure adherence to the firm's quality and compliance standards by their team and to play an active role in the firm's growth, culture and high levels of service and client care.
It is anticipated that someone in this role would have aspirations to be considered for a Pathway to Partnership. The Senior Manager/Associate Director will be responsible for client fees of over $800,000.

ABOUT YOU
- 8+ years' experience across the Advisory and Tax (Public Practice) space in Australia
- 2+ years' experience at a manager level
- Completion of CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (or similar field)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, organised and strong attention to detail
