Itoh Talent Partners are proud to be partnering with Brisbane Catholic Education Office to find a People, Culture and Capability Support Officer to join their team at Woolloongabba.

You will provide the administrative support that allows the People, Culture and Capability team to deliver its programs and services effectively.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support across People, Culture and Capability initiatives and services
- Preparing, distributing and maintaining documentation, correspondence, records and reports
- Coordinating meetings, training activities, events and other team priorities
- Responding to routine enquiries in line with established policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate records, databases and information systems
- Processing administrative transactions and data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Supporting the preparation of presentations and communication materials
- Monitoring shared inboxes and actioning routine requests, escalating complex matters where needed
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support information sharing and processes
- Supporting the iLearn Learning Management System, including user enquiries, access, enrolments and training requests
What you'll bring
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the period of appointment
- Willingness to undertake a National Criminal Check as part of pre-employment screening
- A current Queensland Driver's Licence, if required
- Tertiary qualifications in organisational development, human resources or organisational psychology, or relevant experience in a similar role, will be highly regarded
