Warehouse Manager

The Opportunity

A highly respected specialised equipment manufacturer is expanding into the Sydney market and is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at its new Lane Cove facility.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a newly established warehouse, build a high-performing team, and play a key role in supporting the company's national growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch and inventory control.
• Lead, mentor and develop warehouse staff.
• Coordinate freight and logistics activities across inbound and outbound operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP/WMS systems.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and company standards.
• Optimise warehouse layout, storage systems and workflow processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business growth.

About You

• Proven experience in warehouse leadership or warehouse management.
• Strong background in logistics, freight coordination and inventory management.
• Experience using ERP, WMS or similar warehouse systems.
• A hands-on leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Forklift licence advantageous.
• Full Australian working rights.
