Rate Guidance
- Azooa recommended competitive target: Under $130/hour including super
Azooa recommends candidates bid under $130/hour including super for this role, as this is likely to provide a stronger value-for-money position and a higher chance of winning.
Rate competitiveness generally works as follows:
- Under $130/hour including super: stronger value-for-money position and higher chance of success
- At or above $130/hour including super: may still be considered where strong AEC, Federal Government, CI/CD, automation testing, Agile delivery or election systems experience supports the submission
Higher rates may still be considered where niche AEC, election systems, CI/CD, automation testing, Agile or Federal Government experience strongly justifies the rate.
Please provide your expected hourly rate including super so Azooa can assess competitiveness.
