Team members work within a culture that prioritises technical excellence, strong leadership, and continuous improvement.Role Description This is a full-time on-site Scaffolder role based in Perth, WA. The Scaffolder will erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems in accordance with project specifications, engineering designs, and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting drawings, selecting and inspecting materials, assembling and securing scaffold structures, and carrying out pre-use and ongoing safety checks. The role involves working at height and in confined spaces, coordinating with supervisors and other trades, and maintaining clear communication to support efficient and safe project delivery. The Scaffolder will also be expected to follow all company procedures, participate in toolbox talks, and contribute to a positive safety culture on site.Qualifications

  • Strong scaffolding skills, including experience erecting, modifying, and dismantling a range of scaffold systems.
  • Competence in working at height and fall protection, with a solid understanding of relevant safety procedures and equipment.
  • Experience in confined space work, including adherence to permits, monitoring requirements, and emergency procedures.
  • Valid industry-related certification or card (e.g., CSCS or equivalent), and appropriate scaffolding qualifications/tickets.
  • Sound knowledge of OHS/WHS requirements and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret scaffold plans, drawings, and method statements.
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks safely.
  • Reliable team player with effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in industrial projects (energy, resources, infrastructure, or construction) is highly desirable.
