Media & Performance Coordinator
Savi Communications
About Savi
Savi is an award-winning, full-service marketing and communications agency driven by purpose, creativity and insight-led strategy. We partner with ambitious brands to shape, articulate and amplify their vision in meaningful ways.
Our integrated, end-to-end approach brings together marketing strategy, brand and creative development, advertising, public relations, event strategy, social media, copywriting, media buying and corporate communications. The result? Powerful, cohesive campaigns that connect with the right audience, on the right platform, at the right time.
We believe in breaking rules intelligently, not following trends for the sake of it. From concept through to execution, we immerse ourselves in every project, guided not by a rigid methodology, but by the solution best suited to the challenge at hand.
Above all, we are People First. Intelligent, collaborative and highly skilled individuals who value openness, respect and inclusivity. We build lasting partnerships, not transactions, and we expect great things of ourselves, our team and our clients alike.
The Role
The Media & Performance Coordinator supports the team in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of our clients' integrated media campaigns, from paid social and search through to ATL and publisher placements. This role suits someone who's organised, detail-focused, and enjoys being the reliable hand that keeps campaigns moving, someone who's always looking to help out.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in a coordination, campaign support, or similar role within a marketing, media or agency environment.
- Familiarity and comfortable running Meta Ads, Google Ads and working with Google Analytics.
- Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine willingness to learn.

- Liaise with media suppliers and publishers (e.g. realestate.com.au) to confirm bookings, specs and placements.

- Maintain accurate campaign records and documentation.
- Support budget tracking and invoice processing for campaign spend.
